OBITUARY
It did its best, annually.
A scoping call, a week of testing and report that delivered a snapshot from a dozen deploys ago. For three decades it served faithfully, once a year, whether you needed it or not.
By the time it found the flaw,
we’d shipped forty more. It is survived by a PDF nobody read, a wall of compliance checkboxes, and one very long scoping call.
Cause of death: irrelevance. We will gather to mourn it, then get back to finding what it's missed, all these years.

Food, drinks, music, and the send-off the annual pentest deserves. Toast its service, dance on its grave, and welcome in continuous security.
SURVIVED BY CONTINUOUS SECURITY
In lieu of flowers, try AI pentesting.
Long live AI pentesting
Pentest on demand
No scheduling, no scoping calls, no waiting on a third party. Scope and launch a test in minutes.
Test with every release
Launch a pentest on every significant deploy, so testing keeps pace with engineering instead of lagging behind.
Finds what humans miss
Broken authorization controls, IDORs, payment flaws and race conditions that have been evading your pentester for years.
Your budget goes further
An AI pentest costs a fraction of a manual engagement, so the same budget covers far more testing.
